In Dyna's production schedules, then the most popular wiper blade types account for 70% of the total production pieces. The company also produces arms, linkages, pivots and transmissions all of that make up the total windshield wiper mechanism and is the result of Dyna's own technology. The wiping element is made up of 100% natural moulded rubber using a manufacturing process which, has been used for decades and the company is yet to find a better alternative. Benefit's of the Dyna rubber wiper element is that is does not judder, smear, squeal and is not subject to permanent set.
Designs of Dyna wiper arms are assembled to give forward and reverse sweep with constant pressure and movement without vibration. Corrosion and resistance to wear to the metal parts are provided with a double layer of paint by the use of the eletrophorese system.
All quality and performance testing are adjacent to production facilities to enable constant tests to be performed to laid down quality standards. Field-tests and trials are also carried out in special chemical laboratory conditions.
Dyna enforces rigid controlled quality and performance procedures to guarantee products meet the quality policy laid down by the company. Added to this quality control are specific instruments and gauges, used to regularly calibrate the company's measuring equipment.
